"Perfectly Popped did an outstanding job for my Back to School Night. They knew what my theme on my bulletin board was, and created the perfect accent for it using the colors that I discussed with them plus added extras to enhance it. I will definitely use them again, and recommend them to those I work with and family members! "
"Highly recommend! They went above and beyond and really made the balloons come to life for my daughter’s 1st birthday party! Will definitely be choosing them again hands down the best!! ❤️❤️"
